BFV Wine Club FAQ

How do I customize my club shipments?

  • Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your “Member Dashboard”
  • Here you will see your upcoming shipment, as well as update your address, credit card and additional information on file
  • Membership shipments become visible about two weeks prior to your shipment
  • From here you can customize your upcoming order- See below for club requirements:

Is there a minimum amount of wine I need to purchase per release?

Depending on which club you are in you have to meet the following minimums:

  • BFV 2 Bottle Monthly: 2 Bottles, $80 Subtotal Minimum
  • BFV 6 Bottle Quarterly: 6 Bottles, $240 Subtotal Minimum (FEB, MAY, SEPT, NOV)
  • BFV 12 Bottle Quarterly: 12 Bottles, $480 Subtotal Minimum (FEB, MAY, SEPT, NOV)
  • For any club, if the bottle and subtotal minimum are not met, the system will automatically increase the bottle quantity

When does the wine club renew?

BFV Clubs renew on the 15th of each month

Customizations must be done prior to renewal on the 15th. Once the order has processed, changes and substitutions can not be made

When is my order fulfilled?

Once the club order has processed, it typically takes 2-3 business days to fulfill the order for pickup or delivery. Please note, our shipping and fulfillment team does not work on the weekends, fulfillment will proceed the next business day

When do pickup orders need to be picked up?

Pickup orders will be held at the BFV Tasting Room in Vista for one month. If your order is not picked up before your next month’s order, the two orders will be shipped out. Members are responsible for any shipping fees.

For Local Deliveries: Our delivery team will reach out via text with a delivery window- if you have any delivery instructions, please feel free to share them with your driver

Legacy Wine Club FAQ

Legacy Members are the first 300 club members of Burtech Family Vineyard. This VIP Club has been vaulted as it is no longer available to the public. To access the Legacy VIP Perks, email club@burtechfamilyvineyard.com to see if a spot is open or ask to join the waitlist! 

What are the perks of the Legacy Club?

  • 2 bottles monthly
  • Exclusive access to Legacy Vineyard Tours at our Encinitas Estate
    • This education experience is our way of sharing our wine, property and story with you while we enjoy an afternoon at the Encinitas Estate and personal tour through the vines. Vineyard Tours are booked by appointment only. Tour dates are released via email each month.
  • First access to all new releases, Reserve and Estate Wines
  • Invites to Legacy Only Events
  • 15% of all wine
  • 1 FREE glass of wine for the member plus one guest, once per week
  • Free Local Delivery
  • 3 Customizable Clubs with access to our entire wine library
