Once we receive your request, our wine host will contact you to confirm the date, time, and number of guests. Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

Two Saturdays of the month, nestled in the coastal hills of Encinitas, California, Burtech Family Vineyard offers an exclusive tasting experience that beautifully blends the rich history of our family-owned horse farm with the artistry of winemaking. This 90-minute tour, starting promptly at 12 PM, offers a guided tasting of four signature wines from our curated wine library, each showcasing distinctive characteristics and craftsmanship.
After savoring the wines, enjoy a brief yet enriching walking tour of the vineyard, where you’ll learn about our practices, the history that has shaped our family, and the care that goes into every bottle. To elevate your experience, we offer a curated light charcuterie board paired to complement our wines.
This limited event provides the perfect blend of elegance, flavor, and the serene ambiance of our private vineyard. Wines featured during the tasting, along with a selection of other Burtech Family Vineyard wines, will be available for purchase, allowing you to take home a piece of our story.
